And so they're our students are learning about these concepts. We hear about critical race theory, and our schools will hear it is right in front of you and almost every single lesson had some sort of element of critical race theory. I mean, there was even a slide on Marxism. And these are like interactive slide presentations that were given to the students. So this wasn't like the teachers plans or whatever this is.

00:00:20

What the students actually got like, for example, I got, I got a gift from my district for being black, a black teacher, and I get this gift, and it's only for black educators. And it's just it. It was just such a pandering gift. And because I didn't accept it.

00:00:38

I got attacked, you know, like, because I didn't accept this gift that had stickers in it. That said, I love being black. It also had an IA, black educators matter mask. I decided that, you know, this needs to be.

00:00:51

Exposed.

00:01:02

00:01:11

00:01:16

00:01:24

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to Black and Bird. Hi. That's Darren. It's me.

00:01:28

Brandon, you know what? I forgot to point out. We were just chopping it up with our guests in the back room in the green room. We're going to bring her on soon, but I was actually triggered.

00:01:36

Earlier, right before.

00:01:37

The episode right before you got here, actually. And so going to point it out really quickly. I'm sure we're going to talk about it when she comes on, but you you've seen this article, I'm going to pull it up.

00:01:48

This article from the Wall Street Journal.

00:01:52

Wait, where is it?

00:01:54

Here it is.

00:01:56

It's official. It says we can pretty much treat COVID like the flu now.

00:02:06

Yay, so glad we figured.

00:02:08

It out. You know how much? But I'm not going to give to you guys. We got a great episode for you today. We've got a great episode, man, but I was triggered because there's so much you went through trying to tell people the truth about how to actually think about this. But we're gonna talk about it because we have a great guest.

00:02:10

No, no, no. Yeah. No. Yeah, cause COVID can.

00:02:13

Go forever. Four years maybe.

00:02:19

Yeah.

00:02:20

Yeah.

00:02:24

All the money that these companies spent in signage.

00:02:24

We haven't yet.

00:02:26

Telling you where to walk.

00:02:28

With the.

00:02:29

Walk on the footsteps in Walmart. Yeah, insane. I'm sure people dead. Guys, we've got Kali Fontanilla with us on black and blue, former public school teacher in California. Lord, what a battle that is. Yeah, I don't Even so tell us all about it. She's the founder of the Exodus Institute of K Through 12 online school. I'm looking forward to hearing more about that and sharing that.

00:02:50

Information with you guys because it's for for Patriot families and we know a lot of people are concerned about what they're going to do with their children, but.

00:02:58

That's the good.

00:02:59

Work that she's doing and she's going.

00:03:00

To just come in and tell us.

00:03:01

All about it.

00:03:02

She's at about over a hundred 320.

00:03:05

1000 followers on Instagram. Yeah. So and here she is, spending time with us guys. Welcome color Front and Neil Black and blurred.

00:03:14

Ohh, I clicked the wrong thing. There it is. Boom there we are. Call it welcome. Welcome. Of course.

00:03:14

Hello ohh here I am small virgin.

00:03:21

Hello. Hello. Thank you for having me. I actually prefer doing podcasts like.

00:03:26

This then, like a Fox News interview, or Doctor Phil actually have said no to a lot of those this last year because it's just not my thing. I'm not here to become a public figure. I really just like to have conversations with people about what's going on in our world and coming up with solutions. That's what we can do on podcasts and.

00:03:29

Yeah, yeah.

00:03:34

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:03:37

Yeah.

00:03:42

Yeah.

00:03:45

Hmm.

00:03:46

So yeah, thank you for having me. It's an.

00:03:47

I can relate to that. Ohh wow, thank you.

00:03:48

It's an honor to.

00:03:49

Be here with you guys, the two black.

00:03:51

Male conservatives. Christians.

00:03:54

OK. Yeah, it is. It is.

00:03:55

We are, we are rare, but we're growing. We're a growing number.

00:03:59

I we most certainly are. We most certainly are.

00:04:00

Yeah.

00:04:03

So you started. I want I want people to get the whole story so they can feel what brought about you guys starting this school because you you were once a public school teacher. I want to hear about that because, Oh my gosh. Yeah, no. My mother-in-law is a public school teacher. I'm a product of public school. So I've been there.

00:04:24

Baltimore City public schools. So tell us, tell us. Tell us. Start from the beginning. Who are you? Who is collie?

00:04:36

Well, my momma's white, my dad's Jamaican. So I did a lot of hate on that too, because apparently Jamaicans no longer black anymore as long as you're if you're on the left, Jamaican is black, but if you're.

00:04:38

OK.

00:04:40

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:04:46

Yeah, right.

00:04:47

On the right.

00:04:48

They can stop.

00:04:49

Black, I guess.

00:04:49

Ohh man. Well Darren, my sister.

00:04:52

In law is white, so Danes kids buy what you should be.

00:04:54

Just sellouts to me, they're all sellouts.

00:04:55

And Oh yeah, exactly. And the whole biracial thing too right now is real big. Like, there's a lot of, there's a lot of talk about that. And I get a lot of hate for that as well. Anyways, I am a product of modern America where a black and white person can get together and have.

00:04:56

Completely.

00:04:59

Hmm.

00:05:09

Children, this is.

00:05:09

Yeah, yeah.

00:05:10

Amazing. And we shouldn't be fighting against that.

00:05:12

We shouldn't be demonizing that.

00:05:13

Let me.

00:05:14

And and raised by my mom. And I'm close with both of my stepdad and my real dad. So my my biological dad, they're both black men. I love them. They're close musicians. So my family is reggae musicians. Yeah, and my dad's a drummer. And my step dad plays the guitar.

00:05:29

Wow. Wow.

00:05:31

1.

00:05:34

And they're older now, but the in the 90s, they were big. In reggae they you don't make a lot of money though. So even though they were reggae stars.

00:05:38

Huh.

00:05:43

Hey, there's a lot of dispensaries hanging around.

00:05:43

They were poor.

00:05:46

No, I know.

00:05:46

That's true.

00:05:47

Back then, it was illegal, so it was a.

00:05:49

Little harder to to make money.

00:05:51

Off of that too.

00:05:51

Right.

00:05:52

Anyways, I always wanted to work with children and I love children. I'm the oldest of seven and yeah, I'm oldest of seven and I wanted to do juvenile justice. At first. I really don't like seeing young people committing a crime that destroys the rest of their life, especially like a 16 year old.

00:05:58

Wow.

00:06:04

Hmm.

00:06:10

Yeah.

00:06:13

I mean, you know, you know how dumb teenagers are. They make so many mistakes and I wanted to be there to fight for them, to help them get the, you know, to change their lives and get out of this course and not spend the rest of their life in prison. That was my goal was to.

00:06:15

Right, right.

00:06:28

Was to become a lawyer and in juvenile justice. And so I got my my BA in law and society. And then I was sitting for.

00:06:31

Hmm.

00:06:36

The.

00:06:37

Lsat.

00:06:38

And I was looking into going to law school and I prayed about it. Actually. I started sitting in courtrooms. I would go to courtrooms. And first of all, there there's no windows.

00:06:46

In courtrooms.

00:06:46

Yeah, that's depressing.

00:06:47

Yeah, it's depressing. And and you're just inside all day and there is injustice in our justice system and it doesn't have to do with skin color. It has to do with.

00:06:54

Mm-hmm.

00:06:56

MHM.

00:06:57

Ohh yeah, always. Yeah, you're right. Yeah. Yeah. Right, right. Absolutely right. Absolutely. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Right. Because I would say OJ did it.

00:06:58

OJ, I mean OJ.

00:06:59

What color is he? You know what I'm saying? Yeah, like, cute. He killed OJ. Did it? Yeah. He.

00:07:08

And he thinks he did. That's how crazy.

00:07:10

He is. He's doing bits.

00:07:11

Lost the symbol.

00:07:12

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:07:14

The book called If I did it haven't.

00:07:15

If I didn't unreal. Unreal. Ohh.

00:07:15

Heard it all.

00:07:16

I've seen it. You've heard it? Yeah.

00:07:19

OK, so I watched that in 8th grade. In fact at my school we we spent time in class to watch his sentence, like to watch the not the sentencing the verdict there.

00:07:26

Wow.

00:07:29

The.

00:07:29

Verdict. Did it do? Do you remember it feeling racially divisive?

00:07:30

Uh-huh.

00:07:33

During that time, OK.

00:07:34

No, no, I I mean it wasn't it was there, but it's not like how it is now. It was all about race right now you you wouldn't. I don't even know if he who even knows what would happen with if that case was today. I don't. I have no idea how that would have happened anyways. So I sit sitting in these courtrooms and I'm realizing that people with money get off.

00:07:39

Yeah.

00:07:45

Yeah, right. Right, right.

00:07:48

True.

00:07:54

They they have an easier time. Public defenders aren't that great. They have way too many cases and it's great that we live in a country where you even get a public defender.

00:08:02

Because most countries don't have that. You know where you can have a lawyer for free, but you know, here's the thing. If you don't have the money, you could. You you, it's. There's a lot of injustice financially. And then so I was already feeling like maybe this isn't the path for me. So I prayed about it. I would go on to Yahoo because that was the thing back then.

00:08:07

Hmm.

00:08:13

Yeah.

00:08:21

Yahoo.

00:08:24

How old are you guys? I'm 41.

00:08:26

That's.

00:08:26

That's my. That's my e-mail, yeah.

00:08:26

37, OK, wow. OK. So.

00:08:29

You look, you look young for your.

00:08:30

Age. How 34, OK.

00:08:30

34.

00:08:32

So 41. So yeah, you know Yahoo then, OK, so.

00:08:35

Yeah. Oh, yeah, yeah. Oh, yeah. Still my e-mail.

00:08:38

I'm going on.

00:08:39

Still your e-mail, so I still have.

00:08:47

I haven't. I still have my Yahoo e-mail. It's my junk mail where I get like.

00:08:51

Yes, exactly.

00:08:54

So Yahoo, I go on Yahoo, I pray I and I remember I prayed to God about clarity about whether or not I should be a lawyer. And I'm like, and I go on. And the first thing that comes up is #1 jobs for depression is the headline. And they say that number two is lawyer. I think number one was Genesis. #2 was lawyer and I'm coming.

00:09:09

Wow. Interesting.

00:09:13

Someone who has been through a lot in.

00:09:15

My life, who has dealt with I don't need.

00:09:17

To be depressed. So I'm like, what's the next?

00:09:17

Yeah.

00:09:19

Best option how can I help these young?

00:09:20

People to become a teacher, I'm going to become a teacher. And so I went and got my masters in education. I have two credentials I taught for 15 years. My first job was in Compton, CA teaching Black and brown kids in the middle of the projects pretty much all the projects was behind our school, and we would have it looked like a fortress.

00:09:32

Who dangerous minds?

00:09:42

Because it only had one way in one way out. These kids are beautiful. I absolutely love them. Parents were messed up coming in off drugs, picking up their kids. Yeah.

00:09:54

4th graders I taught 4th graders and I gave. I kept them to a high standard. In fact, I had taken over the class for a teacher that lasted 2 months. The kids drove her nuts.

00:10:05

Yeah, out of college.

00:10:05

And I took.

00:10:06

Over. Yeah. Yeah, pretty much. Yes, exactly. I came in and I had these high standards for these students, and they rose to the standards.

00:10:14

And so even when I was on the left, I never had this idea that black and brown kids needed the.

00:10:19

Standards lowered for them.

00:10:19

Then.

00:10:20

OK.

00:10:20

I don't think that I they're fully capable of meeting the standards and it hurts them to have the standards.

00:10:25

Lowered.

00:10:26

So so top 50 eventually moved back to to to Central California and a majority of my career was in Salinas, which is, which is known as the gain capital of California. It's a lot of Mexican.

00:10:40

Kids and I taught the English English learners and the low readers high school and middle school. I taught high school.

00:10:47

Middle School, then the pandemic hit, then Black Lives Matter. Riots came and I decided I started getting these lessons in my inbox because we were teaching online. For example, I thought there was a lesson comparing the Black Lives Matter movement to the civil rights movement that was supposed to teach for my home room.

00:10:51

Ohh.

00:11:06

Yike.

00:11:07

And in the lesson, it was a it was a PowerPoint. And in the lesson there was a there was a point that they made where they said if you didn't support, if you don't support Black Lives Matter, you.

00:11:15

Would not have supported the civil rights movement.

00:11:18

And I was like, excuse me. Yeah. And I was a tenured teacher.

00:11:20

Unreal.

00:11:24

And I had a really good reputation in my district, so I just didn't teach the lessons I wouldn't. I just didn't even touch them. But I know there's a lot of teachers that feel pressured to do this. And then I also saw lessons that contain critical race theory, like very, very clearly contained critical race theory. While the mainstream media was lying to the American people about critical race theory, and I decided to expose those lessons.

00:11:27

Yeah.

00:11:42

Right.

00:11:44

Online and eventually I resigned, even though I didn't want to. I love my job.

00:11:45

Hmm.

00:11:50

They're a black conservative, has a really if you're outspoken, you cannot be a.

00:11:55

Public school teacher.

00:11:56

No, 100%. Yeah, we've had a couple. I'm sorry to cut you off. Well, we've had a couple of. I'm actually just one on episode. We did it.

00:11:58

And it's, go ahead, go ahead.

00:12:05

I didn't get.

00:12:05

That.

00:12:06

You.

00:12:07

Be quiet, Siri.

00:12:09

Yes, I know it's listening to us.

00:12:10

I don't know.

00:12:11

We've had a someone in education on the on the podcast who's kind of like waging war in silence, really, because he has.

00:12:22

More of an influential role higher up at a school in the country and it's pretty predominant school so he's able to wage war kind of like in secret but still wage war.

00:12:35

But the reality is, if I I think the two jobs that you are not allowed in this country in specific places to do well with principal is teaching and policing. If you go to a inner city and you want to be a cop who is faithful to the badge and the.

00:12:53

Community. You're not going to have a good time if you want to be a teacher who is faithful to actually raising children up with a high standard like you talked about, and valuing them enough to hold them to that standard, it's going to be a hard time, but now you don't even need those kind of passive principles to.

00:12:56

Know.

00:13:14

To stand in now you have active teaching like you're talking about that you either have to accept or reject. And I I can't imagine what that journey was like to have to continuously say hey, Nah, I'm not doing this. Hey, what is this? Hey, what is this? I mean, did you have anybody in your corner at all?

00:13:32

We had a there was a couple teacher, I would say one or two teachers and we always had to kind of talk in.

00:13:36

Code.

00:13:37

With each other, and it was to also find those teachers was difficult as well. But I'm.

00:13:37

And then hmm.

00:13:44

I'm a person.

00:13:44

That really has a hard time being quiet.

00:13:47

And there was.

00:13:47

A point where I could they were.

00:13:49

Really pushing me.

00:13:50

To the point where I like, OK, I can't be.

00:13:52

Silent about this.

00:13:53

Yeah.

00:13:53

More like this is getting ridiculous. Like we had a teacher that had Trump as a clown.

00:13:57

On his door there was a teachers who during, when Biden won, they were flipping out in the chat and just talking about and constantly putting down Maga, constantly demonizing and and then also just lying to the children about who Republicans are, who the people on the right are. And I'm not. I I don't even.

00:14:09

I'm just saying it.

00:14:11

Yes.

00:14:18

I don't even push.

00:14:19

Republican that much because I think there's a lot of corruption on both sides, but the values of the average Republican voter, I'm not talking.

00:14:23

Right, yeah, we agree.

00:14:27

About the politicians talking.

00:14:28

Yeah.

00:14:29

About the values of the average Republican voter is totally, totally demonized by the left and and and wrong. The average Republican voter is not some white.

00:14:35

Oh yeah.

00:14:40

The premise is, you know, just cares about their guns, like they're not. That's not who they are, you know? And. And so they. But they that's how they paint them to the children, to kids.

00:14:44

Yeah, no. Yeah, right.

00:14:49

Yeah.

00:14:50

And so I felt I I was tired of it. I could no longer be silent. And that's why I decided to resign. Is I was tired of living in fear because I was starting to speak up on a lot online and I had to e-mail my principal and tell him, hey, I'm speaking out against Black Lives Matter right now. The movement and the the, the nonprofit Black Lives Matter, the.

00:15:06

Hmm.

00:15:10

Because the whole thing is messed up, it's all together. It's all together and people try to do this whole like I support the movement, but not the organization it's.

00:15:12

Yes, yes, correct. Yeah.

00:15:17

Right. No, it's all garbage.

00:15:19

It's the same thing, yeah.

00:15:20

The movement is the child.

00:15:22

And the movement.

00:15:23

Is based on a false premise, so.

00:15:24

Right, correct.

00:15:26

Anyways, so I started. I emailed him and I told him, hey, I'm doing this. Thank God. My principal is libertarian. I happen to get the one like I think he was. That's was, that was my guess on him because he was like I.

00:15:36

Mm-hmm.

00:15:37

Got your back.

00:15:38

Don't worry. Like I'm not going to let.

00:15:40

Them go after.

00:15:41

You and and so I had people calling the district trying to get me fired. And then.

00:15:41

Yeah.

00:15:46

But pretty soon I just was like I have to get out of here.

00:15:48

Yeah.

00:15:48

I need to.

00:15:49

Resign and move. I moved to Florida, but.

00:15:50

Ohh yeah.

00:15:52

But yeah, it was. It was a crazy year. I was living in fear that whole year when I was really speaking up against Black cause that year was hot with black lives.

00:15:54

Then.

00:15:57

Yeah.

00:16:00

It was, it was. It was that 2020, or. Yeah. And it it's a figment of our imagination. We actually did an episode. I don't.

00:16:00

Matter too, right?

00:16:02

Yes, yes, 2020-2021.

00:16:08

Know three episodes ago.

00:16:10

Yeah. And on the surface, we were talking about Christian nationalism, but we didn't do a deep dive on Christian nationalism. We were talking about.

00:16:20

What has made it a buzzword again today and how forgetful we are about the things that led up to people who would even thirst for something that could either be appropriately or miss appropriately identified as Christian nationalism? It's like you have to know what the cause of this was so that you can know why there are people.

00:16:30

Yes.

00:16:33

Exactly, yes.

00:16:41

Who would even reach out to? I mean, what a government that embodies Christian values because.

00:16:48

Yeah.

00:16:49

I mean, just like everything else, we're going to just forget it. We're going to be, you know, what do we have in our faces now? Puff Daddy, daddy.

00:16:56

I know. Yeah. And that's all in our faces, actually not really as much, but we're just gonna be give something to us to forget that everything we went through is what we went through. And then the next thing is going to come and we're going to respond the same exact way.

00:17:05

Yeah.

00:17:09

Exactly. But we already had. We already have it. We have our original.

00:17:10

I dressed the bigger.

00:17:13

Founding is based on Christianity and life.

00:17:16

Right.

00:17:17

And and part of it is freedom and that and that's the problem, though you have to have a moral society to have the freedom that was given to us. And I think that there's the, again, the agenda to take away morals is also to take away our freedom. I mean, look at what's happening in New York right now. The subways. They just had to put the military there in the in the New York subways because they defunded.

00:17:22

Yeah, they have freedom.

00:17:29

Right.

00:17:34

Yeah.

00:17:36

Like people are just getting beat up.

00:17:37

At least there. Yeah. And it's it's crazy. So now they have to bring in this this reaction that's really like, there's literal military officers with their guns in the New York subways right now.

00:17:44

Hmm.

00:17:48

Yeah.

00:17:50

You don't find that so odd that you can watch with your eyes. New York actually turning into Gotham City.

00:17:56

Yeah, yes, I know. I know, yeah.

00:17:58

And people will still go out and vote for what perpetuates that.

00:18:02

Yeah, it's and it's the fear mongering of the right and that's how that's why I voted left. It was not necessarily who I think the Democrats are so great. It was more like, oh, the Republicans, they're scary. We don't want to vote for them, right. It was more this and that's and that's why they do that. Because I mean, who would vote for Biden nowadays unless it's.

00:18:07

Yeah.

00:18:21

I know.

00:18:22

An absolute I'm scared of Trump. I'm going to fight which, which I think was what happened in 2020, they.

00:18:24

Seriously. Seriously.

00:18:26

Yeah.

00:18:27

For him out of fear.

00:18:30

Whatever.

00:18:30

At at your school, did you have how many white American teachers were there?

00:18:38

I would say it was a lot, even though our the majority of our population, our students were about 80%.

00:18:44

Mexican, I would say that our staff was about half and half white, half Mexican, very few black and brown black people, very few black I.

00:18:44

MHM.

00:18:53

Hmm, interesting. Interesting.

00:18:55

Was probably about.

00:18:56

8-8 or nine of.

00:18:57

Us in the whole district.

00:18:58

And that's the school you were at in that clip earlier when you were.

00:19:01

Like they gave out the pens.

00:19:02

Black teacher gift.

00:19:04

That's insane.

00:19:05

Yeah. So that was my first viral video and it was OK. So what happened was I was making the satire my first viral videos myself. I was making the satire, and I got that stupid mask, and I was. And I was just like, you know what? I'm going to make satire with the this mask, this black educators matter mask. I'm an impersonate a woke teacher. And then I wanted to.

00:19:21

Yeah, yeah.

00:19:25

Explaining where I got the mask. So I'm like hey guys, I got this weird gift from my district.

00:19:31

It has honey body wash it has. I love being black sticker. It had black educators matter mask. It had some expired Avon. It was. It had like, a black. Yeah, it had a black power fist with like in Africa and back.

00:19:46

That's that's wild.

00:19:46

I mean it was.

00:19:47

Just it was like there's a this is like comedian.

00:19:50

Wow.

00:19:51

Does the racist gift basket?

00:19:52

Yeah.

00:19:54

That's what it was.

00:19:56

What? So so they actually only gave it.

00:19:58

Where is the KFC gift card? No, there wasn't. No, it wasn't.

00:19:59

To only the black.

00:20:01

No it didn't.

00:20:02

Ohh, I'll say no to go.

00:20:05

Crazy, right? This is an office episode where.

00:20:09

Ohh my goodness. Ohhh my gosh.

00:20:13

It wasn't that bad, but it was close to.

00:20:14

Ohh.

00:20:15

Like I mean well.

00:20:16

Your boy Biden had dinner with.

00:20:18

The Black Family eating chicken and stuff.

00:20:19

Yeah, eating churches, chicken man.

00:20:21

It's a joke. It's a joke, and that's what it felt like to me when I got this gift cause it was funny cause I got an e-mail from my Superintendent cause it was we were still online at the time and he.

00:20:21

Yeah, it really is salt.

00:20:28

Yeah.

00:20:30

Like we know that the black teachers are feeling trauma over George Floyd's death, and I was like, I'm feeling trauma over the Black Lives Matter movement like that was that had me on my knees for three weeks. Praying like that was so scary. I've never seen my kind people in my country react like that in such a violent.

00:20:40

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:20:44

Mm-hmm.

00:20:48

Yeah.

00:20:50

Way and there were.

00:20:50

M.

00:20:51

And you didn't get it on the mainstream news. You had to go on Twitter to see what was actually happening. I mean, there was young, there was a young black boy in a Trump hat that got beat up beat up.

00:20:53

No, you had to, you had to.

00:21:00

That didn't you?

00:21:01

Didn't see that, but you know.

00:21:02

No, no, no.

00:21:02

I mean the the security officer who was killed. David Thorne. Yeah, he he was, yeah.

00:21:05

David Dorn.

00:21:06

Yes.

00:21:07

He's a retired police officer.

00:21:09

Yeah, he just went to go help his friend.

00:21:09

Was trolling.

00:21:11

Yeah. Yeah. Murdered.

00:21:12

And the civil.

00:21:13

Rights movement whenever an incident happened in the civil rights movement. Whenever there was something negative that happened that wasn't part of their mission of non violence, they actually stopped and they really.

00:21:23

Organized and they would take like weeks and go back in the churches and figure it out. And. And that's where I'm like the comparing the Black Lives Matter movement to the civil rights.

00:21:32

Movement is so wrong like it was.

00:21:33

Yeah, well.

00:21:34

Completely different. And so yeah, this so he sent me this e-mail and I'm like, OK, what's this gift?

00:21:39

Maybe it's a?

00:21:40

Gift card? Sure, whatever. But it's weird that they're giving a gift to black teachers.

00:21:43

Yeah.

00:21:44

And first time I ever got a gift from my district. By the way. Like that, I mean, I mean, I've been.

00:21:48

Working for this.

00:21:49

District for a while and the first time I get a gift is because of the color of my skin.

00:21:54

Anyways, I go to pick it up.

00:21:56

And I'm just.

00:21:57

Floored at how cheesy and pandering it is? I mean, it's just bad.

00:22:03

Can you imagine what that meeting was like? Yeah, it's just like they're who's sitting around going. Oh, man, we got to do something. What we do. Quick, quick, quick. Someone get a mask. Print it out.

00:22:12

Yeah. Yes, they made that. That's it. That's custom made, that's like.

00:22:14

Like they made.

00:22:15

Them right.

00:22:17

They customized a black educators matters math.

00:22:20

And they put a bunch of other black things. That's Africa. Let's cut off.

00:22:22

Yeah, yeah.

00:22:24

Africa, you.

00:22:25

Know and some red, black and green and throw it into a bag.

00:22:28

And give it to black people. Yeah, they thought.

00:22:28

Yes, Yep, that's exactly what it.

00:22:30

Was.

00:22:30

This will.

00:22:31

Help.

00:22:31

And you know what's sad about it is I got so much hate for that video. It was people telling me that I hate my own race. Ohh, because I don't want to wear. And I love being black sticker. I hate my own race like. That is so silly. Like, yeah.

00:22:35

I bet. I bet. Yeah, of course.

00:22:42

You know what's so wild black people are the only they're not at.

00:22:46

This sweeping generalization, but I mean.

00:22:48

Like you don't find other ethnicities holding people hostage to their ethnicity. Hey, you got to think this way or do this thing or you're not.

00:22:59

This thing, yeah.

00:22:59

Ohh yeah, yeah, you're right, you're right.

00:23:02

What is that?

00:23:03

So now you gotta wear that dumb pin or you lose your ethnic heritage.

00:23:07

What? Yeah.

00:23:08

Yeah. How did that?

00:23:10

Happen you got to vote, Democrats.

00:23:11

You gotta vote Democrat or you.

00:23:13

Lose your ethnic heritage would that is so permeated in our society that the President felt comfortable saying it.

00:23:19

Yeah, I know that he and you know, I do think I do. And this you will never see me say that I don't believe in systemic racism. I just don't believe in the way that it's being taught in colleges by those professors. I do believe that there is an attack on Black America. There is a systemic attack on Black America.

00:23:30

100% yes.

00:23:34

And here.

00:23:36

We talk about it all the time.

00:23:38

Yes, and it is. And and I do also think that we have lost.

00:23:42

There's there's something to be said about being proud of your ethnicity. You know, I sometimes will go to like, I love going to, at least in California, they used to have this.

00:23:45

MMM.

00:23:50

Great.

00:23:52

Irish they used to have a no no Greek.

00:23:54

It was a Greek.

00:23:55

Fair. And it was just beautiful. There's Greek music, there's Greek food, there's and and and, well, black America.

00:24:03

Make this excuse like, well, we were kidnapped and we can't have our own culture. And I'm like, no. Yes, you can. Yeah. And why are we adopting this ghetto? Stupid culture? Like oftentimes I'll be told, oh, you're not invited to the cookout. I'm like, I don't want to go to the cook.

00:24:08

And she can't.

00:24:12

Yeah. Yeah, right. That's right.

00:24:19

Yes.

00:24:19

Like that thing is greasy food. There's drama. There's people fighting horrible music like we have the potential to have incredible culture. I mean, or this whole idea.

00:24:19

Right, that's the thing.

00:24:28

And what? Yeah.

00:24:29

That Oh well.

00:24:30

Black, White people force their religion on us. Well, excuse me. Ethiopians had Christianity before the white Europeans, so it's just.

00:24:35

Yeah.

00:24:36

Right.

00:24:39

It's silly like.

00:24:40

It's lie after lie. I mean, think of it. It can get it can get very heartbreaking when you think about just how steeped in.

00:24:49

Falsehood.

00:24:51

This what we call black culture, is I'm sure you're familiar with Thomas Soul and have you read his black rednecks white liberals?

00:24:54

Yes, yes.

00:24:57

I have read it in pieces because his stuff is deep.

00:24:59

Yeah.

00:25:00

And it is deep. It's deep. It's alive.

00:25:01

There's a lot.

00:25:02

But I definitely you could his his books. You can skip around. You can just open up a chapter. Yeah, and read and get you. You can get a lot. Just one of. Yeah.

00:25:05

Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's a buffet. It's a buffet.

00:25:10

Yeah.

00:25:11

But even this idea of black culture that we pride ourselves in regarding the, you know, demand for respect and if you don't give me respect, then it's going to turn into some type of duel or somebody's life is going to be lost.

00:25:22

Like that existed in the early parts of the United States. When it comes down to southern whites who immigrated from the Southern Isles of Britain, and he goes through story after story where this BET culture is replicated. Early on, this antecedent of.

00:25:31

Yes. Yeah.

00:25:42

What we call black culture and but.

00:25:44

Yeah.

00:25:47

But you the picnic you're talking about. If black people, black people did have a picnic like that Greek thing, it was just called freak Nic in Atlanta.

00:25:54

Yeah, gosh.

00:25:56

That's what we celebrate, yeah.

00:25:58

And and and if we don't do that and we actually do have some type of cultured aspect of it where we, you know, have history and we have some fun and there's families and there's men and women and children, they'll call it W.

00:26:12

MHM, MHM.

00:26:13

Because black Americans don't do things that flourish, apparently.

00:26:17

And what's sad?

00:26:18

And this is something that I'm seeing right now that it's actually breaking my heart is because it's getting bad. It it really is bad is. Now I am seeing more racism from the right. I'm seeing more racism.

00:26:25

It.

00:26:32

From white people towards black people and.

00:26:34

Yeah.

00:26:35

It's because of what's.

00:26:36

Happening right now.

00:26:37

Right, right.

00:26:38

And I think that they're seeing. So I mean, if you look at the statistics on interracial violence, which they will say is a white supremacist.

00:26:44

Talking point, it's facts.

00:26:45

Hmm.

00:26:46

And it's really sad because I'm now seeing people legitimately getting.

00:26:49

Scared of black?

00:26:50

People.

00:26:50

Yeah, yeah.

00:26:51

And I don't want that. I don't want that for this country. You know, it just breaks my heart.

00:26:52

Right.

00:26:56

Like I don't want. I don't. I mean, even I if I go to an area that's like in the South that's full, a lot of a lot of black Americans because I have been threatened so much by left-leaning black America. There is a part of me that's like, man, if they're willing to beat up their own, if they're willing to beat up. Like, there's a story that came out of this.

00:27:07

Mm-hmm.

00:27:11

Yeah.

00:27:14

Of these, of these 888 black Americans that went and took took a friend of theirs, and they tortured her and then hung her. This story just came out.

00:27:24

Wow, what in the world?

00:27:26

They lynched her. Yeah. Crazy. It's a it's a horrible story, but didn't make the mainstream news anyways. Right winged Angel on Instagram. He's really good about sharing the news. And I'm like, if they're willing to do that to their friends, what are they going to do to a black conservative? They get he alone somewhere. You know what I'm saying? And that just breaks my heart because I taught.

00:27:35

Yeah.

00:27:39

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:27:41

Right, yeah.

00:27:43

You know what?

00:27:45

Them as kids.

00:27:46

I sent you a message some time ago. I remember I sent. I remember you posted something and I and it was.

00:27:46

But yeah.

00:27:53

In that vein, whereas like this reality is kind of rising up around us and I sent you a message.

00:27:58

About a good.

00:27:59

Well, one, I was like, hey, get a gun and become proficient with it and you can do that in your home where there's like, what we call dry firing systems, where you can get familiar with your gun, you can shoot it.

00:28:02

Yeah.

00:28:13

But it not shoot a bullet out, but you can learn how to shoot it with these systems and learn how to aim before you even go to the range. But that's.

00:28:21

I mean.

00:28:25

It's a good equalizer.

00:28:27

But The thing is, here's the thing for me with this is and this is. I actually did a whole presentation on this my my the reason why I'm fully support gun rights, but I am not personally a gun owner because both my grandpas died by.

00:28:43

My my grandpa, my black side.

00:28:44

He was shot, killed and my grandpa on my white side. He killed himself the gun. And then I would never want personally. And I don't have any. I I actually want to get to a place where I could have security if I get any bigger. But I've actually prayed to God about this. I'm like, I kind of want to just stay where I'm at right now. I'm happy with where I'm at right now. I don't want to feel be in fear of my.

00:28:46

Wow.

00:28:48

Yikes. Yeah.

00:29:04

Fellow man anyways.

00:29:05

Yeah.

00:29:07

I wouldn't want to shoot someone you know, and there's some people that just don't have it in them. They could, they could not.

00:29:09

Yeah, I heard that.

00:29:12

I hear that.

00:29:13

Do it and.

00:29:14

The thing is, because I worked with so many kids, I've worked my whole career, has been with kids and black kids and and Mexican kids, and I've seen them get twisted. I've seen a child come in, innocent, beautiful child and then they start listening to that garbage.

00:29:16

Hmm.

00:29:20

Yeah.

00:29:29

Music. I had this one boy who was in 9th grade and he was the sweetest little black boy. I loved him. He was such a good boy in in his 12th grade year. Him and his friend and a couple of friends.

00:29:30

Hello.

00:29:42

Got a girl drunk and raped her? Wow. And I'm just like to see that that breaks my heart and he got so into that ghetto gangster. That music is horrible. The messages they're putting in their brains with that music and. And I just saw him get twisted. And so I'm like, I feel like.

00:29:50

Yeah, yeah.

00:30:02

I couldn't do it because I.

00:30:03

See the child and everyone.

00:30:04

No, I gotta say it. That's a gift. That's a spiritual gift.

00:30:05

Asks for God, yeah.

00:30:07

As a.

00:30:07

And but I.

00:30:08

Need someone who's willing to do.

00:30:09

That who's near me?

00:30:12

It's a gift, and I'll tell you why. It's a gift. Because when you were just talking about.

00:30:16

Like.

00:30:18

Even the the reality of interracial violence, where people are now starting white Americans are now starting to react to the violence and just the ideology that is being forced on them with a racist ideology or even a pseudo racist ideology you think about.

00:30:38

Both of the nation and how it was propaganda, and it was shown in the White House, it was shown.

00:30:43

Around and then that's what influenced everybody's mentality to be able to accept something like the Ku Klux Klan. But we don't need both of a nation now, because now we have cell phone recordings of people going crazy in their own neighborhoods, black people going crazy doing crazy things.

00:30:46

Yes.

00:30:48

Yes.

00:30:55

I know exactly.

00:30:59

And then the fact that it doesn't make the news and then there isn't justice to really makes people want to take it into their own hands.

00:31:04

Right. Yeah, right, right.

00:31:05

Yeah. So there's accounts on Twitter that are just like, I'm just exposing how bad black America.

00:31:10

Is.

00:31:10

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, it is. It's really is it really is? Cause I see some of those comments on right wing and he it, it's a big account. He can't control the comment section. None of us can. But you see people who jump on the comment section and there you know you see the ideology like yeah, they're all like.

00:31:11

You know, and that's sad. I'm like, yeah.

00:31:20

Yeah.

00:31:25

Yes, alright. Yes.

00:31:26

That like pump.

00:31:27

The brakes a little bit, bro, I mean.

00:31:29

I've seen it a lot more this last year, last couple of years as and and it's funny because, you know, I have my satire character and my satire character is a leftist that wears a mask and I.

00:31:31

Yeah, yeah.

00:31:35

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:31:38

MHM.

00:31:40

And she's that satire character has gone viral several times. And what's yeah, I mean, even like Jordan Jordan Peterson, Ben Shapiro, they've all reacted to her as if she's real.

00:31:42

I.

00:31:49

Yeah. Yeah, that's.

00:31:50

Funny, I did see Ben Shapiro, like, do a whole video about that's not. That's satire. Yeah, that's funny.

00:31:54

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:31:56

He didn't know. He didn't know.

00:31:57

Wild.

00:31:57

So I actually know what it's like to get hate from.

00:32:00

The left, right so.

00:32:02

I know what it's like to get messages from them that are and, and of course my satire character says the craziest stuff, and I think it's real.

00:32:09

Because the left is really crazy right now, and so I know what it's like to get hate from the left and hate from the right and.

00:32:15

For almost a year I was able to say I've never been called a racial.

00:32:19

Slur by anyone on the.

00:32:20

Right.

00:32:21

MHM.

00:32:21

But on the left I've been called a racial slur. I can't even tell you.

00:32:25

How many times?

00:32:25

Hundreds, hundreds of times. Right? Yeah. Yeah. White people. Black people, mainly black. But there are some white, a lot of white people call. Yeah, house and word.

00:32:25

Ohh yeah, yeah, yeah, that's the. That's what it's always been, right?

00:32:30

Yeah, that's the way it's always been.

00:32:32

Ohh we've got.

00:32:33

Men.

00:32:35

Yeah, we've gotten right. Well.

00:32:35

Common.

00:32:37

Recently, the last six months or so, my satire character got a couple racial slurs from people on the right, and I'm like, oh, yeah, exactly, you know, and it just.

00:32:44

It's happening, it's happening, it's happening.

00:32:47

Breaks like I'm just.

00:32:49

Because it's like the question.

00:32:51

They're sick of it.

00:32:51

Is what do you do?

00:32:55

To that, because like what you just said, they are sick of it. And but it you know. But what, what do you do to try to temper that to temper that response? I don't think there's anything you can.

00:33:02

It's it's, it's.

00:33:08

Really. Do though.

00:33:08

You can go back to what we did originally when the slaves were first freed.

00:33:13

And we had to change the mindset of people about Black America, especially in the South.

00:33:17

Yeah.

00:33:19

And during Jim Crow, too, and there was two, there was two thought there was 2. And I'm sure you guys have read this history because you guys are good. Well learned black history, black Americans, black conservatives. But there was the Booker T Washington School of thought. And then there was a WWE. Yeah, exactly.

00:33:20

Yeah.

00:33:35

Oh yeah, yeah, the the EB.

00:33:39

WE, dubois. Yeah, I always say.

00:33:42

And Booker T Washington was all about showing white America. The Black America can make it without their help that were respectable citizens, that you guys can accept us into society because we're respectable. We have, we can contribute. And people like George Washington Carver. I have a lesson on him in my school.

00:34:01

Texas Institute he did more for race relations in that time than almost any other Black American, and all he would do is he would go to these and they actually hired him to do this. He would, they would go. He would go to these speaking engagements in the South. They were full of white good old boy type.

00:34:08

So.

00:34:19

And he would, instead of talking about, oh, this is what you guys need to do for black America or whatever, he would just go in and he would share about his experiments and he would share his character, and he would just talk about, you know, science. And he had this way of talking about nature and science that just made you love God's creation. And it would start with the.

00:34:37

Yeah.

00:34:39

Audience being like, who's this black guy? Know it all you know to the end standing ovation. It was little short, sweet, kind hearted. And it did so much for race, race relations. And so there is something to be said about.

00:34:44

Yeah.

00:34:50

Yeah.

00:34:53

How you know, just earning respect as just good human beings and good contributors to society. And that's just not happening right now, yes.

00:35:02

It's not even to be a setting down or a little bit that picture you just painted about what was happening with George Washington Carver to the white audience actually, for the past, I don't know how many years now, at least a decade has been happening.

00:35:15

Or the leftist audience, where the black speaker is standing before the white audience and saying this is the trial. This is our victimhood. And this is the. And then they sent them out with marching orders of the black experience. And then what happens is little.

00:35:24

Yeah.

00:35:31

Yeah.

00:35:32

Low, you know now in the know white American meets Brandon and Darren.

00:35:40

And then they feel audacious enough to, like, treat us terribly because of the way we.

00:35:44

Think umm, it's like well, no.

00:35:46

I know all about black people now, that's.

00:35:48

Not how it's supposed to.

00:35:49

Be right. Yeah. You're not supposed to.

00:35:51

Say these things I've.

00:35:52

Heard it? I read the blogs.

00:35:54

Yep.

00:35:54

I moved to DC.

00:35:59

OK. So you you fled in wisdom, you fled in wisdom from California and?

00:36:04

Yes.

00:36:09

You took you, but you fled. You fled swinging. You took some swings and you left some impressions, and then you bopped and went to Florida, where it's safe.

00:36:19

For now.

00:36:23

And we just.

00:36:23

Found out that 4343 airports in this country.

00:36:29

Seed flights of migrants.

00:36:32

Illegal immigrants from the Biden administration. There's an app, so he created an app.

00:36:38

That the the US government created an app so 300,000 illegals were flown secretly into the country.

00:36:44

3.

00:36:46

Into 43 different airports in America and all they had to do was apply on this app for asylum and they were flown in from their countries. This isn't even people crossing the border. This was from January of last year to December and the only reason why we know about this is because lawyers sought sued for the through the Freedom of Information.

00:36:48

That's insane.

00:36:53

Wow.

00:37:07

Acts.

00:37:07

Yeah.

00:37:08

And and so I've actually noticed an uptick of illegals in Florida and I'm wondering if we got some of.

00:37:14

Hmm.

00:37:15

Those.

00:37:16

Yeah.

00:37:16

And I really think that's that's they're going to put away COVID. They're over black America. I mean, so Biden, Biden and Kamala said Black Lives Matter and George Floyd like 27 times when they were running.

00:37:22

Oh yeah, that's done.

00:37:29

Mm-hmm.

00:37:30

How many times have they said Black Lives Matter since they've been?

00:37:32

In office now, Kamala did invite HB CU students to listen to what's the girl's name.

00:37:33

Not right.

00:37:40

Right.

00:37:41

Ohh sexy.

00:37:41

That's me though, yeah.

00:37:41

Red God.

00:37:43

HB CU students were at the White House listening to sexy red. You know their role model. So, so beautiful. There's that.

00:37:51

Yeah, we thought little Kim was.

00:37:52

Bad.

00:37:52

I don't know.

00:37:54

Look, that little kid looking like Mother Teresa today.

00:37:56

Yeah, this is terrible. Music is terrible.

00:37:59

Sad, I mean, at least there was some, like something good about that music that then had, like, rhythm or something, that this music now is just.

00:38:03

Yeah, yeah.

00:38:05

Yeah, right. This is complete garbage. It's complete. So. So what inspired the starting of the Exodus Institute? How long after going to Florida did that happen and what went into that?

00:38:07

Trash. Yeah, you know.

00:38:19

I have to give a lot of credit for my husband for that because I have a very limited mindset and that's something that have and that's something that I will say is.

00:38:28

Really true in a lot of minority children, a lot of black and brown kids is they have a limited mindset and that's why they want to put that victim mentality on them to kids and even more of a limited mindset. I can't make it in life because this, that and the other, the white man or everyone's out to get me, blah blah, blah. And so I actually have a lot of that myself. And I wouldn't say it's because of my skin color.

00:38:50

It's more just the way.

00:38:51

I was raised and you know.

00:38:52

I was over 200 lbs in high school and I was put in like in 9th grade I was put.

00:38:57

In a special.

00:38:58

Ed. Class and I always thought, yeah. So I had a lot of kind of. And so I never thought I would be. I could be a small business owner. I was like, I thought I made it, that I got my masters in education. I'm a teacher and.

00:38:59

Yeah.

00:39:00

Wow.

00:39:09

Mm-hmm.

00:39:10

I just never had that entrepreneur spirit that big.

00:39:13

Like go get them type person and so my husband was like we should start a.

00:39:14

Yeah, yeah.

00:39:17

School and I was like, no, because I I.

00:39:20

I'm terrified of being a business for myself. Yeah, exactly. And I just was just get another teaching job. Got a teaching job here in Florida. And sadly, this job I got was at a Christian School. And the principal was very COVID scared. And she's very unhealthy lady. And she got COVID herself. And she's a lady that drinks those big giant.

00:39:22

That's a giant thought.

00:39:34

Oh, Amen.

00:39:38

I see.

00:39:40

Singles every single day. Yeah, exactly. And. And so it was pretty bad for her. Like COVID was bad. And the way they put treated people in hospitals, too, that ventilators. So she was, like, overly paranoid. She didn't want the students to sit together outside.

00:39:42

There's always one of those.

00:39:43

In the street? Yeah, no.

00:39:50

No, it was awful.

00:39:56

Played as this is middle school too, can't sit together outside. She, you know, was every time someone a student tested positive or was around someone who was positive, they were sent home and I had to come up with lessons for that child that was home and children that and I would have to teach them at the same time with one on.

00:40:10

Oh boy.

00:40:13

A laptop.

00:40:14

What?

00:40:15

So for the first time.

00:40:16

I actually resigned in mid year. I was like 3 months in and I was like, you know what, I'm not going to do this anymore. I got to leave and.

00:40:23

And I told my husband, you know what? I'm sorry for not acting.

00:40:25

In faith, let's start our own school.

00:40:27

Hmm.

00:40:27

And that's when we decided to open up Exodus Institute. So we cashed out our California teacher, retired.

00:40:32

It's and use that money to start the school and it took us about a year to get everything together to launch it, and then we launched it and we have 180 students now. But it's it. Yeah, we do. It's a good amount of students. It's just not quite.

00:40:42

Wow.

00:40:47

Profitable yet I have to do a lot of extra work. Part of it is because our enrichment program, we have a fully accredited program and that has fully accredited teachers and to hire good teachers, you pretty much put all your money.

00:40:48

Yeah, yeah.

00:41:00

Into that.

00:41:00

Right. Yeah, right.

00:41:01

And then and then our enrichment program.

00:41:05

Is I need to do better at advertising it, but it's basically lessons that counter the left and we have about 80 students in that and it's only $20.00 a month.

00:41:09

Mm-hmm.

00:41:14

Wow.

00:41:14

Yeah, and that's that is lessons like in fact, I was just before I came onto this podcast. The reason why I was a little late is I was recording a lesson about the complete history of slavery, and it's going to be in seven parts. It's going into all of the facts about slavery, like Thomas. So that got that are left out of.

00:41:30

Yeah.

00:41:34

When they teach slavery in America and in.

00:41:36

What's the website where people can get a lot of information on this?

00:41:36

Our public schools.

00:41:38

It's think exodus.org.

00:41:41

Oh.

00:41:41

And we're actually getting ready to rebrand the enrichment program to have its own name, called Young Patriots Academy, and we're going to up the price to $29.00. But for now, it's $20. And yeah, it has, it has over 75 lessons that are on demand. And I have lessons like what happened in Venezuela about the socialism collapse.

00:41:56

Hmm.

00:42:01

Yeah. Umm.

00:42:01

That happened in that country and now we're taking all their people. Yeah. And then I have a lesson called debunking Black Lives Matter. So where students learn about the statistics behind.

00:42:03

Trying to do it trying trying.

00:42:05

To do it all.

00:42:12

Just everything with to do with policing.

00:42:16

Hmm.

00:42:16

We have lessons like George Washington Carver, where they learn about George Washington Carver and they're very well taught well.

00:42:24

The students have notes that they take. In fact, I have one of the worksheets right here where they're learning to find equity to find equality and go into all different types. Yeah, exactly. And.

00:42:30

Ohh man, this is very intentional. That's going to be very necessary.

00:42:35

It is necessary, I just.

00:42:36

I'm just not a business woman, so I'm working.

00:42:38

Yeah, I hear that.

00:42:39

On I mean I have.

00:42:40

The by the Grace of God, for some reason I've been.

00:42:43

Able to break.

00:42:43

Through this last year and really gain a nice following, I'm just not good.

00:42:47

At advertising to them.

00:42:48

I'm not, I don't think.

00:42:49

We are either. Yeah. Yeah. You guys have a great podcast, by the way. Well, that. Yeah. Yeah. So we we need to see to get together and it's that limiting.

00:42:51

We're terrible. Well, I appreciate that. Thank you.

00:42:57

Yeah.

00:42:58

Mindset.

00:42:59

Yeah, yeah.

00:42:59

Think about think about how these nasty dudes in makeup.

00:43:03

And they're like pushing themselves out there and they're getting their brand deals and they're and they're, you know, shining. They're shining like crazy. And yet we're sitting here going, oh, nobody's going to.

00:43:06

They are.

00:43:07

They are.

00:43:11

They are.

00:43:14

Like me, you know, name.

00:43:14

I know.

00:43:15

Right. No, we have to put ourselves out there and and it's it, there's not enough time left to, especially with the way censorship is about to go down.

00:43:17

That's true, yeah.

00:43:23

Ohh yeah yeah, you're right.

00:43:24

If you notice, if you notice notice all of the big black conservative voices that are.

00:43:29

MHM, MHM.

00:43:29

Out.

00:43:30

All of them were able to get big during Trump.

00:43:34

No one has been able to break through since then because the censorship is nuts.

00:43:37

No, right?

00:43:39

Yeah.

00:43:40

And during Trump, we even you could go on YouTube and.

00:43:44

You could watch Infowars.

00:43:45

OK, alright, that's right.

00:43:45

There's a time when he was still on. That's actually how I watched and I was like, you could go. Yeah. The censorship. Now it's crazy.

00:43:50

Yeah.

00:43:51

There's.

00:43:53

I don't think YouTube is not even where I even go to try to get like what like say we're about to do an episode and I'm and I'm like.

00:44:01

Oh, what was this one factoid about this thing? Like we know not to go to YouTube because let's say it's COVID. Then anything related to it is going to be presented by some mainstream media outlet. That's the only or it's been completely scrubbed like it's.

00:44:06

Yeah.

00:44:15

Just not there.

00:44:15

That's right. The thing it's gone. It's gone.

00:44:18

So it's been really hard.

00:44:21

Break through with your voice. This.

00:44:23

Last 3 1/2 years and but there is I will say there are some ways to break through some for one. When I started doing the leftist satire.

00:44:24

Yeah.

00:44:34

Yeah.

00:44:34

Guess what? It beats the algorithms because it's as soon as I started doing that my accounts started.

00:44:38

They don't know either.

00:44:40

They don't know. They don't know.

00:44:46

You're a genius. You don't know.

00:44:46

Crying.

00:44:47

Because I'm doing titles like Donald Trump's a racist.

00:44:50

Yeah.

00:44:52

They're going to let that go through.

00:44:53

Ohh my gosh damn.

00:44:54

That's what we got.

00:44:55

To do it's time to put on our that's it. Oh my goodness.

00:44:58

Yes.

00:45:01

So what I recommend if you if you do want to do some satire, which actually we need a black male to.

00:45:04

Yeah.

00:45:05

Do some satire.

00:45:06

Cause go on TikTok, watch some of the like Black Eyed Dollar Tree horrible.

00:45:06

We do.

00:45:11

Like white people, let's come up with some nicknames for white people, and you guys should do one where it's like, let's come up with some nicknames for white people and have them just, like, be totally ridiculous and just have that as a joke like I call.

00:45:22

Seriously.

00:45:24

I called him I.

00:45:25

I can't think of what off the top of my head, but like.

00:45:26

Yeah, Darren, you've got a white wife, man, we've.

00:45:30

Got props now.

00:45:30

I know. Yeah, exactly. You've got props.

00:45:30

No, this is true. This is true.

00:45:34

He's got to get to work. Ohh.

00:45:35

Exactly, you've got props.

00:45:36

Just like how how I have my white treat white, white wife treat me during black.

00:45:39

History Month. That's.

00:45:40

Yeah.

00:45:41

Like every time she serves him, she kneels like.

00:45:43

That's why. Oh my goodness. That's right. My we're missing gold.

00:45:47

This is gold.

00:45:47

We are, we are.

00:45:48

Mine. This is a kiss. This is a.

00:45:50

Gold mine. My goodness.

00:45:52

And you know what? It's there's something to be said about satire. It does. You know, that killed satire. The SNL in for McCain and Sarah Palin's campaign.

00:46:01

Mm-hmm.

00:46:03

Yeah.

00:46:04

When Tina Fey did Sarah Palin, that campaign was done. It was that was like the, you know, and so there's something to be said about satires really is effective.

00:46:04

People actually thought that.

00:46:08

It was, Yep, it.

00:46:11

Yep, it was.

00:46:14

Definitely I can't remember if we were talking about this on the air or not. Maybe were we talking about the the the beauty and necessity of satire on the air that was before we started. Talk about that again in, in, in the biblical reference that you highlighted too.

00:46:16

You know.

00:46:24

That was before we started, yeah.

00:46:31

Well, I've. I've received some hate for my satire.

00:46:33

Especially from Christians.

00:46:34

People will unfollow.

00:46:35

And I'm like my account's not for.

00:46:36

You and I will say that.

00:46:40

Part of the reason this last year has been really hard for me. I had one of the hardest years of my adult life and God has been convicting me to share more of my faith and share more of my Christian walk. Because I have a very deep faith in the Lord like there is no shaking that I don't care if I end up in like a gutter somewhere. There's nothing like Jesus is real.

00:46:54

Yeah.

00:46:55

Yeah.

00:47:00

Yeah.

00:47:01

God is real like he has done so much for me in my life and I'm only there because there's something he needs to teach me, right. I had a really rough year and when I first started posting I was always posting Bible verses, always posting Christian stuff and then I kind of stopped because.

00:47:15

There's a part of me that just wanted to protect myself, and that's not the one thing that you should not be protecting. Is your faith, right? And so God was really convicting me to share it more. And I started getting attacked just personally and and just going through a really, really hard year and.

00:47:22

Your.

00:47:22

Yeah, yeah.

00:47:30

Wow.

00:47:36

So. So I will say that I do need, I will say this is this is me sharing what God has convicted me of, that the satire is just a means to point to him and I'm not. If I'm bringing people into my account and having them follow me for the satire and then I'm not pointing them to Christ.

00:47:55

He's going to take that.

00:47:56

All.

00:47:56

Away.

00:47:56

Amen.

00:47:57

So. So I'm just going to preface that and that's part of the reason why I've kind of slowed down on the satire because I haven't been pointing people to Christ, and I want to start doing that more and not let that be the focus of my account. It'll come back, it'll come back, and I will always. I've it's a I'm a goofball, so I'm always.

00:48:04

Hmm.

00:48:13

Yeah.

00:48:13

Is going to have that part of me, but, but I get a lot of hate for the satire when I do post it from Christian. Some of them say it's not Christ like to mock people and I tell them, you know, Elijah, in the Bible he made fun of gods. That's like saying Muslims like, that's like saying the Muslim God is on the toilet. You know what I'm saying? Like, imagine if we did that, people would be so insulted.

00:48:32

Yeah.

00:48:35

Right. So yeah, Elijah, when he was testing the two, the various gods that the pagans were worshipping that were brought into Israel, right, and they were worshipping them to. And then there was the God of.

00:48:35

Christians.

00:48:47

The Bible they.

00:48:48

Were they were calling, they're trying to call on fire, right. Call on fire. You remember the story and.

00:48:54

That these these Pagan priests were doing all this, cutting themselves and going crazy trying to calm down these calm down, this fire and Elijah's like Elijah's, like, are your gods on the toilet, right?

00:49:01

What? What? A scene that.

00:49:02

Must have been must have been crazy.

00:49:08

Maybe he's relieving himself.

00:49:09

You know? Yeah, mockings. They're gods. And so there's and. And the reality is young people are they need to see when if something is so absurd you're not. I'm not mocking something that isn't absurd. I mean, this is like absurd stuff.

00:49:12

Yeah, yeah.

00:49:21

Yeah.

00:49:24

Yeah.

00:49:27

You know, this is like a this is and. And so when you're mocking something that's absurd, it's you're pointing out the absurdity of.

00:49:33

It.

00:49:33

That's right.

00:49:34

And that's what needs to happen. There's it's foolishness. We're living in a time of absolute foolishness.

00:49:37

That's.

00:49:38

They're lies, yeah.

00:49:39

Kind of.

00:49:39

Pointing it out as foolish, right? And so. But you know. But I will say it's very important to stay focused on your content.

00:49:47

And not get sidetracked. And that's what Satan wants. And I I've allowed that to happen this last year. And so that's why I've kind of slowed down on the.

00:49:52

Hmm.

00:49:55

Satire. Well, that's.

00:49:56

I think that that is mature and discerning.

00:50:00

Love you to do that.

00:50:01

No, that's ohh God. Cause. I mean, he was humbling me left and right, and I was just like, OK, I need.

00:50:04

Yeah, that is.

00:50:06

To get together.

00:50:08

That'll definitely happen. I mean, I think I think what it was a year in.

00:50:09

Yeah.

00:50:13

When we kind of paused and realize, alright, like.

00:50:16

We hate a lot of things. Angry. Yeah. Like we're actually angry. And this needs to be a platform where we're drawing people to the truth and not have.

00:50:25

This violent catharsis. Yeah, you know.

00:50:28

Because we we started this podcast through COVID. Yeah, like it was the middle of COVID. So we were just.

00:50:31

Yeah.

00:50:33

Yeah.

00:50:34

And we live.

00:50:34

In Maryland, close to DC see.

00:50:34

You live in Maryland. close.

00:50:36

To uh. So you were right in the middle. There's also righteous indignation. You know, they're table throwing. Jesus did that. But again, it has to be balanced. And that's where the spiritual discernment comes. And that's where.

00:50:38

Yeah, right. Right. Mistake of it.

00:50:41

There is, there is.

00:50:44

That's right, it's true. It's true.

00:50:47

Thank you.

00:50:50

Exactly.

00:50:51

OK.

00:50:51

And I also say that there's a difference between your public voice and personal interaction.

00:50:56

We said same. Go ahead go.

00:50:57

Yes, yes. So so when you are doing a public cry that's very different than dealing with people personally and in public cries, he would call Pharisees Vipers, right. But then when he had a Pharisee that wanted to meet with him one-on-one, how did he treat that Pharisee were like he's Viper? Get out of my face? No, he was treating them as an individual.

00:50:58

Ahead you don't give it to him.

00:51:05

100%.

00:51:07

Yeah, yeah.

00:51:11

Yeah.

00:51:12

That's exactly right, yeah.

00:51:17

And we have to make these public cries we have.

00:51:18

Yeah.

00:51:19

To publicly condemn what's going.

00:51:20

Because it's like Satan is trying to normalize sin, he's trying to make it so that we don't even know we're sinning, and that's the worst place to be, is that we don't even and and a whole generation that doesn't even know they're sending to where everything in their mind is continually evil, like as in the days.

00:51:27

Yeah.

00:51:28

That's exactly right.

00:51:36

Of.

00:51:36

Noah and that's what's happening with this newest generation coming up. I mean they are.

00:51:37

Yeah.

00:51:41

And that's I I have had so many teachers contact me since I've I've left now public teaching for about two years, and I've had so many teachers contacting me being like this is not what I.

00:51:50

Signed up.

00:51:50

For it is no longer the same these kids.

00:51:51

Yeah.

00:51:53

Are not the same.

00:51:54

There's there's just wickedness. And like I know, a fifth grade teacher that's having to deal with all of her students are struggling with sexual stuff. And. And it wasn't like that 1020 years ago. And you had one kid that was kind.

00:51:57

There is.

00:52:03

Yes. Wow.

00:52:05

No.

00:52:07

Of off, but most of them were.

00:52:09

Just kids and.

00:52:11

So they're really trying to make it. Satan is on a mission to make sin normalized and we have to call it out and publicly condemn it. But when you're interacting with someone one-on-one, when I'm interacting with a leftist one-on-one, that's a child of God, right. And we need to not be ashamed of making public Christ condemning evil.

00:52:18

Yeah.

00:52:25

That's.

00:52:29

And Amen.

00:52:31

Yeah. Or I always say it's the difference between addressing the principalities and persons.

00:52:37

Yeah, that's good. Uh-huh.

00:52:37

There's a difference.

00:52:39

Difference. We wage war. We're Christians. We we have. So what people just witnessed on this podcast wasn't black and blue. And collie, like, coincidentally having the same thought. We share the same.

00:52:50

Spirit is what that is. That's what you just witnessed. That's why that is what?

00:52:52

Ah, Amen.

00:52:55

What's rising up in US is a desire to wage war on that which ought to be waged. Whatever what?

00:53:03

And that's why it's really also very important to be around people that have that same to get that confirmation.

00:53:09

Right. Yeah, that's exactly right, it is.

00:53:11

Cause it's just.

00:53:11

So alone I feel so alone. When I was in California. But even Jesus on the cross wasn't alone. He was able to save someone on the cross. Yes, and. And what's amazing about that?

00:53:16

Yeah, man.

00:53:19

All the cries.

00:53:24

That person was on the cross with him. Is that the fact that he asked called?

00:53:28

Him, Lord while he.

00:53:29

Hmm.

00:53:29

He was literally dying on the cross. The amount of faith that man had is incredible and how beautiful that was that for Jesus to have that.

00:53:31

Yeah.

00:53:33

Yeah, right.

00:53:37

On the cross.

00:53:37

Yeah.

00:53:37

With him. And so it's very important to find those that are like minded so that you can have.

00:53:44

Like just this.

00:53:44

Conversation we're having is helping me, you know, like.

00:53:45

I know it is like right it is, it is. So we're going to give you an opportunity to be a businesswoman because personally, I want to be able to support with your guys at school and we want our listeners of the podcast to know how they can support.

00:54:01

Your school, how can they give financially specifically?

00:54:05

Well, I just wrote a children's book so they don't even have to give something they don't even have to give just out of the goodness of their.

00:54:11

Heart they could.

00:54:12

That's right. Oh, good.

00:54:12

Get their children's book. Gosh.

00:54:15

I should I should have a copyright near me, but well, I have that. So I that's LinkedIn, my Instagram. If they go to my Instagram I wrote a allegorical farm story that fights against climate alarmism, which is going to be the.

00:54:28

Next thing so.

00:54:29

It is. It's already here, yeah.

00:54:29

They're they're putting aside COVID and they're going to.

00:54:32

They they're going to blame every natural disaster on climate alarmism, and they're going to use that as an excuse to to take our freedoms. And so this is a farm story that combats that, and it's allegorical. And it's really funny. And it's fun for the whole family. So there's that. And then there's my school. Think exodus.org. There's a place on the website where they can donate if they would like to donate.

00:54:54

And but mainly just share about it, pray for us, and if you have any kids that are 5th through 12th grade that you want to put in.

00:55:01

My enrichment program.

00:55:02

That is $20.00 a month and then our K through 12 program which.

00:55:06

Is fully accredited.

00:55:09

And that is Christian and we have conservative teachers that are vetted. It's just it's our fully credited program is incredible and we can take some state vouchers. So if you are in a voucher state, there is a possibility that you could get your, you have to qualify of course.

00:55:20

Wow.

00:55:28

For your voucher in your state, but there's a possibility that you could get our fully accredited K through 12 for.

00:55:28

Yeah, yeah.

00:55:33

And all of that is at think exodus.org. And if you want to go to any of my Instagrams and follow me, it's California KALIFONTANILA and I'm on.

00:55:44

All of them.

00:55:45

Yeah, we'll have it right on the screen when we upload this episode, so.

00:55:51

I was going to try and woo you into giving us an interview with Luna, but.

00:55:57

I'm not. I'm not.

00:56:00

I don't want to. I no longer want to.

00:56:01

We'll do it next time. It's actually really good to start with her and to have it pull it off like it's real, right? And then and then I come in and I don't mind doing that. I would.

00:56:02

Yeah, we'll do it next time.

00:56:04

Yeah.

00:56:10

Love to come back with.

00:56:11

OK. Well, yeah, that'd be good.

00:56:11

You guys, I really enjoy these kind of podcasts. I do not like the high pressure interviews. I want to be able to say.

00:56:15

Yeah.

00:56:17

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:56:20

It's such a big stage, such a big stage.

00:56:21

Yeah, it's not. You know what? I'll and I was just telling my husband.

00:56:24

Not that I'm. I'm really. It's really especially for something like this black conservatism, it's really not that great to be huge in that, you know, it's just. But at the same time, it's important. We need more voices. But there is the hate and the and it's it's.

00:56:33

No.

00:56:36

No.

00:56:37

Yeah.

00:56:42

Yeah.

00:56:44

It's.

00:56:45

Not in a world where.

00:56:45

Fun.

00:56:47

The black leftist claims that the white man is out to get them.

00:56:51

Yeah, the black conservative has both black and white people. It's interesting.

00:56:55

I know it's bad, it's bad and it's like I have people who are like, oh, you're just like, I've had some old friends that were that are on the left. We're like, you are just doing this for attention. I'm like, oh, my gosh, first of.

00:57:02

Yeah.

00:57:06

Yeah, if you knew.

00:57:06

All I'm 41 I never either.

00:57:08

Like I could care like I didn't sit in my house and watch stuff like and secondly.

00:57:10

The last thing I want is attention. Yeah, yeah.

00:57:14

Right. Yeah, yeah.

00:57:17

If I wanted attention, I'm a great cook. I I love my pets. I could do some like content about my dog and cat, you know, like I could do stuff that's a little more. You know, I and this is not, it's not fun. It's not, you know, that's why it's so important to be around and have interviews like this and get around others that believe the same. So you can have.

00:57:23

Yeah, yeah.

00:57:30

Right.

00:57:37

Some fun? Yeah. So you can have some enjoyment cause.

00:57:38

Right.

00:57:40

Right, right. And this stuff is like, I mean, like, I'm scrolling through your Instagram, there's a lot of jokes. There's a lot of sad.

00:57:40

It is hard. It is hard.

00:57:47

Tire and a lot of it is crazy to conservatives, cause it's common sense. It's like, yeah.

00:57:52

Well.

00:57:53

Common things it's.

00:57:54

Like, hey, why?

00:57:54

Yeah.

00:57:55

Are we letting illegal people come into our?

00:57:56

Country. Yeah. Who are?

00:57:58

Criminals, right. And then you see the real effects of it. I saw a video you posted of, I think it was San Francisco and it's just.

00:58:05

Mm-hmm.

00:58:07

Literally, she was just.

00:58:08

Just listing stats about what Democrats have passed.

00:58:10

Yes.

00:58:11

And all the.

00:58:12

All the virtue signaling that they're doing that we see is complete foolishness.

00:58:16

Mm-hmm.

00:58:17

Is real like it has real effects. Real long lasting effects as people. Tons of people just strung out on drugs who have children, who will be on drugs. Yeah, just in the system. And it's all because of this. So racism, climate change, COVID.

00:58:17

Yeah. Yeah, exactly.

00:58:24

I know.

00:58:33

Like all all.

00:58:33

And it's also their religion. Yeah, they save people, and they're saving sucks. Like they really don't know how to help black people. They really don't know how to help drug addicts. They're actually making everything worse.

00:58:35

It is. It is.

00:58:38

Right here.

00:58:40

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:58:46

Right now.

00:58:48

Yeah, yeah.

00:58:50

Well guys go to thinkexodus.org. Prayerfully consider donating to Exodus Institute. Definitely buy the book. I was just talking into line and my wife the other day and I was saying, you know that the next generations I'm talking about the children.

00:59:10

Our children and then the other children. There's going to be a wide chasm. Yeah, between ideology and thought. And my prayer is that I would raise sons who'd be willing to go across the chasm to bring people over and not just stand firm in their stance, but to go off and win. People don't pull over and win people.

00:59:26

Yeah.

00:59:28

To the truth. And so we appreciate the work that you guys are doing with your school because that's what that is. That's what that is. So, Colin, thank you for joining us on this episode. It's very encouraging. Yeah. Yeah. Very encouraging. Thank you, guys, for the work that you're doing. Blessings to you and your husband, guys, be praying for their family.

00:59:39

I yes, Larry, I love coming on here. So thank you.

00:59:42

For having me.

00:59:48

And thank you guys for tuning in this episode of Black and Blur, we are guaranteed to hear one of two things, our humble opinion or the fact.
